warm welcome convenient location lift malfunction serious inconvenience

the location proved very convenient for exploring. lots of cafes were nearby and easily accessible on foot. the staff demonstrated accommodation and extended a warm welcome.

the lift experienced a malfunction throughout most of my visit. i found this a serious inconvenience due to being on the fourth floor. my expectations were not fully met given the price paid for a beautiful room.

a perfect getaway

convenient location attentive staff clean room bonus area

The location was convenient with a metro station just minutes away. Exploring was effortless. the breakfast room became our favorite spot for a mid-afternoon coffee, such a bonus after wandering around. i appreciated the staff's attentiveness as well as how clean my room was. the continental breakfast included hot options. cereal, pastries, and a coffee machine.

the room had an odd shape and that was not ideal! the towels were rather thin.

the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness and attentiveness throughout my stay, always ready to assist. the cleaning service ensured a daily refresh unless otherwise requested. the staff printed my boarding pass. my room had lovely ac that kept the temperature just right.

the location was acceptable because many restaurants were nearby.

The room was too small, and there was no space between the bed and the wall near the entrance to bring in luggage. I could not enter with my bags easily.

decent stay

convenient breakfast walking distance metro line inconsistent service unfriendly reception staff issue

the location suited me well. i was near two metro lines.. that helped me get around. many attractions and restaurants were within walking distance. i found the breakfast convenient, even if the food temperature varied.

the service felt inconsistent at times. depending on who was at the front desk, the reception wasn't always friendly. i felt i was bothering some staff when i asked for suggestions.. it was a strange feeling. also, the cleaning staff entered my room despite my 'do not disturb' sign.

large room food option sewer smell smaller room

The room I stayed in was large. The location was also good. there were many grocery and food options nearby. The staff were very helpful, I apreciated that.

The hotel is not as advertised. The rooms are smaller than expected, even in a area like this. The bathroom had a sewer smell, it was difficult to ignore it.
