The location was convenient with a metro station just minutes away. Exploring was effortless. the breakfast room became our favorite spot for a mid-afternoon coffee, such a bonus after wandering around. i appreciated the staff's attentiveness as well as how clean my room was. the continental breakfast included hot options. cereal, pastries, and a coffee machine.

the room had an odd shape and that was not ideal! the towels were rather thin.

The staff were very responsive to requests. They followed through with everything and made sure other staff knew too. The breakfast was VERY good for the price. The location is also good. Multiple metro and bus stops are just a few minutes walk.

The room was on the small side, typical of city hotels, but maneuvering with luggage was tricky. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries. A small shelf would help. This made it a little inconvenient for getting ready.

The staff offered assistance with directions and recommendations for local eateries. Check-in was quick, and they stored my luggage securely before my room was ready. I TRULY appreciated their help printing my boarding pass.

the location suited me well. i was near two metro lines.. that helped me get around. many attractions and restaurants were within walking distance. i found the breakfast convenient, even if the food temperature varied.

the service felt inconsistent at times. depending on who was at the front desk, the reception wasn't always friendly. i felt i was bothering some staff when i asked for suggestions.. it was a strange feeling. also, the cleaning staff entered my room despite my 'do not disturb' sign.

The room I stayed in was large. The location was also good. there were many grocery and food options nearby. The staff were very helpful, I apreciated that.

The hotel is not as advertised. The rooms are smaller than expected, even in a area like this. The bathroom had a sewer smell, it was difficult to ignore it.
